The Active Together Community Gallery is a great way to showcase your favourite locations throughout Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland.
Each month a new theme will be announced, giving you the opportunity to send in a wide range of photo's of the places you love.
To enter, fill out the form below and upload your photo.
Each month, we will spotlight a range of photo's relating to the monthly theme. The photo's will appear in the Community Gallery below.

Terms and Conditions
- The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
- Entries will be judged by the Active Together. All decisions are final. Active Together reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
- By entering your photo, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Active Together for advertising purposes.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- By submitting your image, you agree to the provisions of these terms and conditions and to comply fully with them.
- If you are under the age of 18 you must have permission to enter from your parent or guardian. By submitting an entry , your parent/carer/guardian is deemed to have given such consent and to agree to the use of the entry as described in these terms and conditions.
By submitting images to the Active Together Community Gallery, each entrant confirms and warrants that:
- they are the sole author of each entry and that it is their original work;
- they own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image;
- they have the permission of anyone pictured in the image (or, where the image shows any persons under 18, the consent of their parent/guardian) for the usage rights required by Active Together and will indemnify Active Together against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement;
- they have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with uses to be made by Active Together;
- they have received any necessary permissions from the owner(s) of objects including buildings included in submitted images for the usage rights required by Active Together and will indemnify Active Together against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement.
Usage Rights
By submitting your photo, you grant Active Together a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to reproduce, enlarge, publish or exhibit, on any media, the images for any purpose to further its aims and objectives. More specifically to use:
- On the Active Together website, Active Together social media channels and Active Together email communications.
- Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Together excludes its liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered by you, whether directly or indirectly and howsoever caused, in connection with the community gallery.
- You agree to indemnify Active Together and keep Kent Wildlife Trust indemnified against any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered by Active Together as a result of your entry in the competition, including (but not limited to) any claim of infringement of intellectual property rights made by any third party.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
