62 ha typical Charnwood working mixed farm laid out with farm trails and interpretation boards

Follow the way marked trail around this working farm and then take in the views across the Soar Valley from the remains of the former windmill.

Broombriggs is a working arable and livestock farm. It was gifted to Leicestershire County Council in 1970 and is now managed by its County Parks Service. A circular farm trail with information boards explains the workings of the farm and other features of interest. The trail is opan all year round but the boards are only in place in the summer. View points give excellent views over the surrounding Charnwood landscape.
