Loughborough Acrobatics Gymnastics Club

LAGC was established in 2004, and is still the only club in the County that offers these gymnastic disciplines. Acrobatic gymnastics will be best known from Britain's got Talent winners, 'Spellbound'. In. LAGC's short life it has made great progress. It was one of the first clubs in the East Midlands to achieve GymMark status ( demonstrating it is child friendly, safe, efficient club) and to date the club has won over 40 regional titles and over 20 National and international medals including 4 British titles.
The club has supported and developed its coaches and now has some of the most qualified in the region, with a total of 10 qualified coaches including High performance level coach and 5 coaches with level 3 or a above qualifications.
The club has also own awards including 'club or the year', 'coach or the year', 'volunteer of the year' and their head coach was also short listed for BBC unsung hero award.
