About Nelliebeeballet
Silver Swans (Royal Academy of Dance) ballet classes are aimed at the over 55's - whether you've previous training or have always wanted to learn you can be sure of a very warm welcome. These friendly, inspiring, up-lifting lessons are a wonderful way to learn & enjoy dancing, make new friends, share & develop a love of ballet. Regular ballet training can improve co-ordination, posture, flexibility and well-being - it's never too late to learn!
