About Nesting Lotus Aquanatal
Nesting Lotus run midwife led, water-based exercise classes for pregnancy and post-birth up to 12 months. We not only aim to provide you with a safe and fun form of exercise, but a space where we can discuss relevant topics surrounding your journey into motherhood, encourage you to create a 'mum network', and to empower you to make positive choices about the way you would like to birth. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and swimming abilities. We actively encourage women at all stages of pregnancy, and 6-8 weeks post-birth providing they have been declared fit to return to exercise by their GP.
What to expect when attending our classes
An hour long exercise class
Opportunity to speak to a midwife (individually or as a group)
Socialising (ask questions, meet other mums, share stories, and be part of the group WhatsApp)
'Topic of the week' (from perineums to breastfeeding, we discuss different topics each week).
A biscuit to end the class
Timetable
Monday - Evington Leisure Centre 7.30pm-8.30pm
Tuesday - Whitwick & Coalville Leisure Centre 8pm-9pm
Wednesday - Aylestone Leisure Centre 8pm-9pm
Sunday - Harborough Leisure Centre 4.30pm-5.30pm
