The Suffering Obstacle Race Series

The Suffering prides itself on having races for all types of runners. Whether you're looking for a starter run or a powered up challenge The Suffering has it all.

The Suffering introduced its entry level 5k race in 2013 and it follows the tradition of The Suffering with extended distances (on average 7km), amazing terrain and challenging obstacles. The Suffering 5k is great fun and will keep you guessing with every step you take.

The Suffering 10k is perfect for the seasoned OCR runner, averaging 12-14k The Suffering is stepped up a notch as hills and carries are introduced as well as more great obstacles.

Pain & Suffering is The Sufferings toughest race and is billed as one of the toughest races in the country. There are over 35 obstacles around this 10-14 mile course but like the extended distances there are a lot more than 35. You'll get to play on weavers, rope climbs, massive walls and inflatable pillows.

If you think you have what it takes to do all 3 races you can take on The Sufferings Legends Series. Choose from either Relentless Suffering; all 3 races back-to-back in 8hrs, or Suffering Legends; 3 races over a weekend. The choice is yours, but don't expect it to be easy. To become legend you must be legendary!
