About West Farm Wood
The woodland provides amenity and landscape value and includes small areas of commercial species such as walnut and Wildstar cherry. Wetland scrapes and a large pond provide habitats for insects and aquatic species.
A new dedicated footpath links to an existing public right of way and minor road, enabling circular walks.
