1. Physical Activity

Being active can improve concentration, memory, and energy levels, and therefore encouraging employees to become more active can have a knock-on effect on workplace productivity. You can encourage employees to take short activity breaks throughout the day (taking the stairs instead of the lift, walking meetings, or standing to answer phone calls) or you can signpost to resources which can support an individual to consider their activity levels outside of work.
