Lead, Connect and Care Festival

The Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland (LLR) Health and Wellbeing team is pleased to invite you to its virtual 'Lead, Connect and Care' Festival this November (13-19 November 2021), bringing together professionals from the health, social care, emergency services workforce and the charity sector to celebrate and explore the very best in leadership development, quality improvement, health, and wellbeing.

The week-long, virtual event, which opens on 13th November includes sessions from expert speakers, world-café style meetings showcasing improvement initiatives from across LLR, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire and wellbeing sessions designed to improve both physical and mental health.

The virtual event is free of charge and open to anyone wanting to connect with others to understand more about the intrinsic links between leadership, improvement, and wellbeing and how when used together, these elements can enhance the way that we live and work, make us more productive and ensure that we are able to care for patients, service users and customers in the best possible way.

With kindness as the underpinning theme, attendees will hear from system leaders about the importance of compassion in the workplace and beyond.
