Risk & Challenge within Physical Activity
We are not looking to injure children but to give them a vibrant and stimulating childhood and ultimately help them assess danger for themselves. The course delves into the fascinating new neuroscience of just why children need risky challenging play and how catastrophic it can be to over protect children. Looking at brain growth, mental health and even life expectancy this course shows what we can do to give children back the exciting childhood they deserve and need.
