Apply, learn, go. All you need is this one-day, in-person boot camp with three very experienced experts in the marketing industry who will strategise and deliver actionable tips that are designed just for businesses like yours.

What will be covered?

• Identifying business vision and goals and how they relate to marketing
• Auditing your existing marketing
• Creating a meaningful marketing strategy
• Creating content that matches the customer's buying journey
• Resource planning, including setting realistic activities
• Understanding key performance indicators – what you should measure and how to feed the results back into your future activities
• Structured into three sections of 'Plan, Do, Prove', each will include facilitated peer-led discussions to share ideas and learn from other businesses in the room.

After the event, follow up online peer group sessions will take place to check in with one another and see how your actions are progressing and add an element of accountability into the boot camp.
