Who is this course suitable for?

The workshop is intended for those with responsibility for the governance and/or direction-setting of a VCSE organisation such as a trustee, founder, or senior staff member. This course is available to VCSE organisations with a registered address in the county of Leicestershire and providing support to county beneficiaries.

At the end of this session, learners should have gained:

  • Knowledge of how planning can be used to give a VCSE organisation purpose and direction
  • An understanding of the different types of plans relevant to a VCSE organisation
  • Insight into various planning tools that can help your VCSE organisation focus on the short, medium, and long term objectives
