Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Organisational Planning

This session will give you the knowledge of what plans are relevant for different VCSE organisations, what planning tools are available, and what is important for your specific organisation now and in the future.

Please note a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation can book and attend the event.

Who is this course suitable for?

The workshop is intended for those with responsibility for the governance and/or direction-setting of a VCSE organisation such as a trustee, founder, or senior staff member. This course is available to VCSE organisations with a registered address in the county of Leicestershire and providing support to county beneficiaries.

At the end of this session, learners should have gained:

• Knowledge of how planning can be used to give a VCSE organisation purpose and direction
• An understanding of the different types of plans relevant to a VCSE organisation
• Insight into various planning tools that can help your VCSE organisation focus on the short, medium, and long term objectives
