Standard Distance Triathlon: Swim 1500m, Ride 40km, Run 10km

Sprint Distance: Swim 750m, Ride 20km, Run 5km

The swim course is in the heart of the event hub. In a sheltered creek giving you maximum opportunity to perform.

The new closed road bike course is an exciting edition to the new Dambuster allowing everyone the chance to race with maximum safety and opportunity to concentrate on their performance.

The run course is a stunner, taking you across Rutland Water dam with panoramic views across this beauty spot.
