We're heading back to the incredible Belvoir Castle in Grantham for our third Tough Mudder this year, with 3 distances to choose from.
With a mix of mental and physical challenges new and old, the only way to earn that headband is to take on the course with your team.
It's time to get out of your comfort zone and face obstacles set among miles of slippery mud.
