A 2 week programme introducing physical activity for women during and after the menopause.

30% of women drop off from physical activity during menopause, yet 71% want to be more active. Physical activity can help women manage and cope better with their symptoms, and so menopause is a significant opportunity to re-introduce and support physical activity behaviours.
