Family Activity Tracker
Track how active you are with the Activity Tracker.
Under 5's - Under 1 should be doing at least 30 minutes of physical activity across the day (tummy/floor time). 1-5 years should be doing 180 minutes (3 hours) of physical activity per day.
Adults & Older Adults - aim to take part in 150 minutes of physical activity a week. This is also recommended for adults and older adults with disabilities.
Active Together Family Activity Tracker (PDF, 116 Kb)
Children & Young People (5-18 years old) - aim to take part in at least 60 minutes physical activity per day, every day of the week.
Children & Young People (5-18 years old) with disabilities - aim to be active for 20 minutes per day, every day of the week.
Adults & Older Adults - aim to take part in 150 minutes of physical activity a week. This is also recommended for adults and older adults with disabilities.
