Activity Information
Circuit based fitness in the great outdoors. If you prefer to exercise outside then this is the class for you. 45 minutes including a walking warm up, a light cardio and resistance based circuit and plenty of time to chat. We use the buggy to aid stability and to minimise impact on your recovering core. No need for a special kind of buggy though; any is just fine.
Bring a mat or towel for core work / low to ground exercises. Pre sanitised resistance bands provided.
