Wellbeing Walks aimed to support people with learning disabilities and their carers led by the volunteers from Charnwood Action Group and supported by Active Charnwood and Glebe House. Pre-booking currently required. Contact Sue on 07503 733 691 or email charnwoodactiongroup@gmail.com
