Activity Information
Each session is run by British Dragon Boat Association accredited Coaches, who will work with you at your pace, we cater for all levels of experience and fitness and we understand that everyone starts somewhere. Many of our members started off having never been in a boat before and after a few sessions have seen huge improvements in their strength, fitness and stamina.
We are a truly inclusive sport where all ages and genders train and race together so feel free to bring your whole family to take part.
The session will involve a warm up before loading into a 40 foot long dragon boat and getting out a quite part on the river Soar. During the session you will travel from Hathern past Sutton Bonnington to towards Kegworth
Once the session is over we invite you to come hand have a cuppa and cake with us and show you the other side of dragon boating, the social side.
We are a truly inclusive sport where all ages and genders train and race together and this gives the club a family feel. So why not bring your whole family to take part.
Come to the club and look for someone wearing a dragon on there top. trust me it wont be hard
