Activity Information
We are running a taster programme in conjunction with 'Moving Together' commencing on Thursday 16th September for 5 weeks and will run 10:30-11:30am.
The virtual session (held on meeting platform Zoom) will consist of a 1 hour dance programme followed by 15 minutes social time when participants can have a chat and get to know each other.
'Our fun and friendly classes for those over the age of 55 are suitable for all abilities, whether you are a total beginner or an ex-pro! Our classes have a social focus, building a community and empowering participants to stay active through the adaptable and accessible nature of the class content. Come and get energised with Moving Together through a variety of stylised routines and dance fitness sequences'.
