Activity Information
Steady Steps Plus (Maintainers) class has been devised for previous participants who have attended the Steady Steps Falls Prevention Programme.
An online class is held as alternative to the face-to-face class for those prefer to take part in the online session. Please note the online is held on a different day of the week and at a different time of day:
- Online class - Tuesdays, 12.30-13.30
Pre-booking required for both face-to-face and online classes. Please ensure you have a referral from your instructor before booking onto this class.
