About Qualifications and Quality Administrator

Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (open to a flexible working pattern)
Location: The role will be a combination of home based and working at SportPark, Loughborough
Salary: £16,935 - £18,655 per annum (FTE equivalent) depending upon experience

We are seeking a Qualifications and Quality Administrator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Qualifications department as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day administration function of Swim England Qualifications, the Awarding Organisation for Swim England. You will support in the registration and certification of courses and seminars in compliance with Ofqual regulations and will liaise on a regular basis with customers regarding replacement certificates and results via telephone email and post.


The successful candidate must have:
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage a varied administrative work programme to required deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Flexible approach to work, resilient and able to work under pressure
