Football Development Officer (Female and Disability)

The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA are looking for individuals with the skills, knowledge and passion to work with stakeholders to develop playing opportunities in league, club and recreational environments for players within the both the female and disability player pathways.

You will be expected to have excellent project management skills, and have the ability to plan, set and achieve multiple objectives to agreed deadlines. You should have a passion to develop inclusive opportunities for all and can work strategically with partner organisations to achieve multiple outcomes. Excellent project management skills, the ability to solve problems both independently and as part of team are key skills needed to be successful.
