The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA are looking for individuals with skills, knowledge and experience to implement and execute strategies that support the recruitment, retention and development of referees, whilst also having the ability to develop a programme that supports the ongoing development of grassroots coaches. Whilst experience with a refereeing or coaching environment is not essential, it is highly desirable.

The Leicestershire & Rutland County FA are looking for individuals with skills, knowledge and experience to implement and execute strategies that support the recruitment, retention and development of referees, whilst also having the ability to develop a programme that supports the ongoing development of grassroots coaches. Whilst experience with a refereeing or coaching environment is not essential, it is highly desirable.
You will be expected to have excellent project management skills, and have the ability to plan, set and achieve multiple objectives to agreed deadlines. You should have a passion to develop inclusive opportunities for all and can work strategically with partner organisations to achieve multiple outcomes. Excellent project management skills, the ability to solve problems both independently and as part of team are key skills needed to be successful.
