About The Role
We are seeking a Product Development Officer to join our team on a full time basis. Where possible flexible working or job share requests will be considered.This is an exciting new opportunity working within the busy Learn to Swim Department. Reporting to the Head of Learn to Swim, you will use your excellent research skills and knowledge of the product development cycle to drive the development of new high quality learn to swim products and interpret customer needs to update existing resources.You will also work collaboratively across the organisation with our marketing and technical teams to ensure our resources are developed and marketed to their full potential.To find out more about the role, download the full Job Description and Person Specification document.
About You
The successful candidate must:
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer
- Have excellent research and referencing skills
- Have the ability to proof read to a high standard
- Have experience of working in the product development field
Previous experience / knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme would also be advantageous.So if you feel you have the suitable skills and attributes for this position then we would like to hear from you.
