Loughborough Sport is looking to recruit an experienced Sports Volunteering Coordinator. This role will lead, manage, and develop all sports volunteering as part of the Coach & Volunteer Academy (CVA) and wider Sport Development Centre (SDC).
Working within the Performance and Development Team, this highly motivated, organised, and experienced professional will drive the CVA strategy’s vision to be ‘the world leading HE institution in providing life shaping experiences that develop the sporting workforce of the future’.
The workforce development pathways within the CVA are crucial to the Loughborough Sport experience and as such, this is no usual coordination role. This is a fast paced, multi-dimensional role whereby the right person will be influential in working with students and staff alike to help create truly inspiring and developmental experiences.
