Swim England North East Regional Development Manager

We are seeking a person who will live and breathe our organisational values and behaviours, working comfortably on their own and as part of teams. You will be organised, driven by insight and able to articulate the impact of your work. You will be able to connect and collaborate and work across different systems to drive our mission to use sport as a driver for positive change.

You will have a strong understanding of the aquatics landscape and the challenges and opportunities facing the sport. You will also have experience of building successful relationships with internal and external partner organisations, understanding their challenges and collaborating with them to find solutions and achieve impact. Key relationships will include Swim England, Activity providers, Local Authorities, Clubs, Coaches and Volunteers and external funders. Underpinning all of this will be a commitment to the safeguarding of children and young people and vulnerable adults and the principles of equity and equality

The role is hosted by North Yorkshire Sport Ltd who will be the employer on behalf of Swim England North East Ltd.
