About Community Development Coach - Barnsley and Wakefield
NLY Community Sport is a not-for-profit which focusses on delivering sports provision to adults and children with disabilities and learning difficulties.
We currently operate in in Barnsley, Pontefract, and Selby and Wakefield and we wish to expand the organisation by creating new activities in the inclusion and mainstream sporting sectors.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in schools, ideally delivering after school clubs and have experience of running holiday clubs. Experience of sports coaching in the inclusion sector is desirable.
Sports-coaching qualifications, minimum Level 2, are essential.
You should be self-motivated, confident and have excellent verbal, written, social media and people skills.
There will be certain events or activities which will require you to work at weekends or evenings.
Successful candidates will receive a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
A full driving licence is essential.
