About Football Development Officer (Male Pathway and Coaching)
For this role, we are looking for individuals with the skills, knowledge and passion to work with stakeholders to develop playing opportunities in league, club and recreational environments for players of all ages, background and ethnicities. To support this, the successful will be expected to lead on the England Football Accreditation programme to help raise standard across our affiliated offer, whilst also implementing a coach development offer to support coaches, particularly grassroots coaches.
The successful candidates will be expected to have excellent project management skills, and have the ability to plan, set and achieve multiple objectives to agreed deadlines. You should have a passion to develop inclusive opportunities for all and can work strategically with partner organisations to achieve multiple outcomes.
