About Partnerships Manager

You will have responsibility for relationship management, rights delivery, activation execution and general client servicing, in addition to playing a key part in our new business development drive as we look to secure vital sponsorship revenue for the sport over the coming years.

We're searching for a real people person – someone with the knowledge, expertise, and charisma to build relationships with both existing partners and prospective partners.

You'll have a proven track record in conducting new business research, outreach, and pipeline management on behalf of British Triathlon, an industry leading rights holder, as well as experience in managing a broad range of sponsorship and brand partnership arrangements.

Sponsorship is a fundamental part of the broader marketing mix for brands with both global and domestic business objectives, so it's helpful for you to have a good understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns work, including a strong understanding of digital platforms, experiential activations, and other mechanics.

We need someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be excited by the challenge ahead of us – helping the organisation to achieve its ambitious objectives and providing great experiences through Swim, Bike, Run.

This is not a role where you will be expected to sit behind a desk in the office every day – we want you to be out and about, speaking to partners and speaking to prospective new partners on a regular basis.
