About Women's National Coach Developer
You will be an integral member of the team, the Women's National Coach Developer will drive Coach Development in the senior women's game, specifically supporting high-performing coaches working within the Barclays Women's Super League (WSL) & Women's Championship (WC). Aligned with this, the role will identify and develop top coaching talent within the women's professional game academies.
The Women's National Coach Developer will provide support to targeted coaches in a personalised and connected manner. Predominantly working 'in-situ', the role will provide bespoke coach development to the women's senior game. This will include the support of coaches working through their FA and UEFA qualifications, as well as bespoke continual professional development (CPD) on a regional and national level as part of the Senior Women's Coach Development team.
