About Senior Manager (Equality)
Tackling inequalities is the key theme of Sport England's 10-year strategy Uniting the Movement. Within our plan we have five big issues – Recover and Reinvent, Connecting Communities, Positive Experiences for Children and Young People, Connecting with Health and Wellbeing, and Active Environments. Through these big issues is where we see the greatest potential for preventing and tackling inequalities in sport and physical activity.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our partners are working collaboratively to understand and promote diversity and inclusion in sport and physical activity, and to remove barriers which deny full participation.
There are two positions available, one permanent and one fixed term to approx. November 2023. Secondments welcomed.
