Coach Programme and Pathway Manager - Remote

Provide coach developer support for coaches through a mixture of blended learning approaches that focuses on coaching practice

b) Gather and collate insight from different coaching sector audience groups to inform and input into the strategic direction of product and content development internally at UK Coaching

c) Create and deliver modern and bespoke offers for existing and new coaches to enhance their knowledge and skills of coaching

d) Lead, or a secondary management role to support the leadership, of programmes that specifically link to delivery of the UK Coaching mission and objectives

Typical responsibilities:

1. Provide individualised coach developer support for coaches

Typical activities:

• Conducting needs analyses of coaches through virtual or in-situ methods

• Facilitating the production of individualised development plans for coaches and monitoring progress, in partnership with national governing body staff

• Attending training sessions and/or competitions in order to provide in-situ observation, questioning and feedback

• Attending, facilitating and delivering coach development workshops

• Helping the coach to reflect upon experience and embed learning in order to positively impact future coaching

• Facilitating meetings with multiple coaches and/or other key personnel

• Reporting outcome and impact for quarterly feedback reports with partners, reviews and ongoing evolution of delivery

2. Lead or support the development of coaching programmes, products and services linked to UK Coaching KPI's
