About Coach Education Officer
We are seeking aCoach Education Officerto join our team on a permanent basis (35 hours per week) to lead the development, review and quality assurance of our coach education certificate programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity working within Swim England in the Educator Training team.
The role will be home based but the successful candidate will have the ability to travel to our SportPark office based at Loughborough (roughly twice a month) and nationally when required. Where possible flexible working will be considered.
Reporting to the Senior Educator Training Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the specification and assessment development process across all coaching certificate programmes, ensuring the needs of the aquatic sports are maintained.Working with the Educator Training Co-coordinator, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of the external quality assurance processes and procedures. In addition they will also work with the team to plan and deliver training to new and existing coach educators as well as supporting other Swim England and Institute of Swimming departments with the development of coach education products.For further information and details on how to apply please click on the link below.
