Spring your workplace into action with the Workplace Challenge Business Games and competitions programme!

The 8 week activity log might be over but the competition programme isn't! The Leicester-Shire and Rutland Workplace Challenge has an ongoing competition programme and a Business Games in June to round up the 2014 Workplace Challenge.

De Montfort University showed great form on the Volleyball court and were champions of the first Workplace Challenge Competition Programme event in 2014! The Badminton winners of the mixed competition were decided in a close match with Your Future Solutions the eventual winners and ETI A winning the men's doubles. Voluntary Action Leicester was crowned winners of the Football competition delivered by Goals Soccer Centre. Aviva finished top in the Dodgeball competition with the prize for best fancy dress going to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council who made a fantastic effort with their Toga outfits. Lancaster school shot their way to victory on the Basketball court sporting their schools basketball kit. Congratulations to all participants and winning teams so far!

There are still 5 competitions and the Business Games left to get involved with. There is Kayaking, Netball, Touch Rugby, Softball and Beach Volleyball competitions coming up in May and June in the lead up to the Business Games.

To round up the Workplace Challenge make sure you enter the 2014 Business Games. This is an evening of fun, food, and friendly competition. The takes place Friday 20th June at Charnwood College from 5.30pm – 9.30pm and the event costs £40 per team of 8 which includes team t-shirt and a hog roast! Bookings are not yet live, but get ready for when they are, places will be snapped up fast!
