#ThisGirlCan video released - take a look!

Feast your eyes on our new local Leicester-Shire & Rutland campaign video!

The videos features footage from the first #ThisGirlCan Charity Night Out held in March 2016, where over 200 local women took part in a variety of activity taster sessions, including Zumba, Insanity, Yoga, Pilates and Hula Hooping!

It features some of our lovely #ThisGirlCan Champions that have been helping us spread the word about the This Girl Can campaign, and you too can get active and have some fun with your friends.

Kim, one of our Champions features with her School Gate Beginners Running Group, and Sarah too who was inspired by our first Charity Night Out and who is now enjoying running.

Also featured is a local Zumba session outside (in the summer of course!), Clubbercise, Spinning, all held during our #ThisGirlCan Week in June, and how you can enjoy the sites of your local area by simply getting out on your bike (and with the kids!).
