School Games makes 2017 bow with Gymnastics

The School Games returns for the first time in 2017 this week, as every district battles it out for Gymnastics glory.

Held at Oakham Gymnastics Club, schools will represent their districts as the competition continues onto the fourth tournament of the 2016/17 campaign. The last event was Disability Sportshall on December 9th, which followed Primary Sportshall and Table Tennis in November.

In the current standings, North Charnwood sit on top of the table with 41 points after competing in five events and picking up a winners medals. North West Leicestershire sit second, with Hinckley and Bosworth looking to build on their two gold medals this time around.
