Workplace netball provides a chance to let your hair down, socialise with your colleagues and have a bit of fun! The advantage of Netball, being team sport - is that it allows you to test different skills and strengthen relationships within your team.

As well as this netball is also a brilliant whole body workout and is a great for calorie burning, by signing up you and your colleagues could be healthier and happier in the workplace.

This years competition will be held at Soar Valley College, Leicester, between 5.30 and 8.30 pm on Wednesday, 10 April, with the competition commencing at 6.00pm.

This competition is suitable for all ages and abilities, and each workplace is permitted to have two teams at a cost of £28 per booking. It is also possible to bring up to 2 extra players on the night as substitutes, for an additional cost of £4.00 per player - names will need to be provided on arrival.

Team members will need come with suitable clothing and footwear to play netball, as well as adequate drinking water for your team.
