Breakpoint Challenge 2019 - Raising Awareness and Funds for Mental Health

This summer, Robyn Moore, who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder, will aim to hit 200,000 tennis shots as she takes on the Breakpoint 2019 challenge to raise awareness of and raise funds for mental health. Robyn will play for a minimum of 8 hours per day for 30 consecutive days, hitting the ball 5 million metres to represent 1 metre for every adult individual in the UK who currently experiences mental ill health.

The funds raised will provide free tennis sessions to all disability groups, with a particular ongoing focus on mental health.

Throughout June Robyn will visit 46 venues across the UK, finishing at Wimbledon. On her National Challenge Tour Robyn will be playing at Market Harborough TC on the afternoon of Saturday 22nd June from 2-6pm and at Hinckley TC on Monday 24th June from 8am until 5pm.

These clubs would be delighted to receive visitors on these days and you are welcome to join in the tennis activities taking place at their venues or just to spectate and hopefully meet Robyn and generally support her.
