Take part in Activity Alliance's Disabled Children and Young People's Survey

We believe disabled children and young people deserve the same opportunities to be active as their non-disabled peers. Activity Alliance is undertaking research into the experiences and perceptions of physical activity among disabled children and young people.

If you are a parent or carer of a disabled child aged 5 to 16, Activity Alliance wants to hear from you. Please help us to understand yours and your child's experience of sport and physical activity by completing an online survey.

We want to hear from people who have had good or bad experiences, and from those who are active and not active.

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete. There are questions for you to answer as a parent or carer, and also some questions for your child.

Your answers will help us to shape the services and support we provide. We will also use the findings to advocate for change on a national level that enables more disabled children to be active.

The survey is open until Sunday 29 September 2019.

As a thank you for taking part, there will be a prize draw for the chance to win 10 x £25 Amazon e-vouchers. The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over, who provide their email address after completing the survey.
