We want to understand the impact that the coronavirus restrictions are having on your physical activity habits and future intentions to being active over the coming weeks. This information will help your Local Authority, Active Partnership and local organisations provide an informed physical activity offer to support yours and other residents' health and wellbeing over the next few months.
