Mental Health Awareness Training Just Got an Upgrade

On#TimeToTalk day UK Coaching with partners Mind, 1st4sport and Sport England announced they have updated their popular mental health awareness online course.

Even a small conversation about mental health can make a big difference to a person's life.

Over 35,000 coaches enrolled on the first release of the course, which has now been updated to enhance the learning experience and to make it more inclusive.

The course has been awarded 1.5 CPD points by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
