Introducing our Active Together Champion, Palminder!

Palminder has Cerebral Palsy, but this doesn't stop him staying fit. He regularly visits the gym to help improve his strength and balance to prevent falling.

Despite his disability, the constant smile on his face is enough to inspire everyone around him to keep pushing themselves and continue with their physically active journey's.

Palminder visitis the gym twice a week, which has improved his confidence massively, as it makes him feel like there are no barriers between himself and other people.
