Zee wants to shout louder to recognise the variety of ways for people to exercise and keep fit, that caters for all the ways that make people unique.
Zee started her business, Zfit, to encourage women in her community to embrace physical activity into their daily lives and get them moving more every day through Zumba.
For Zee, exercise is open to all, and should be used as a place to escape, meet friends, improve your lifestyle and feel good about yourself.
