Kimberley has always had a keen interest in running, and wanted to carry on doing so after becoming a mother. Trying to fit in exercise into a busy work and home life schedule was difficult, and so Kimberley decided to incorporate physical activity into family time.
Kimberley wants to ensure that she spends valuable time with her children as they grow up, and so they go on regular family walks and bike rides, creating memories that will last forever all whilst being active.
Mental health is an important part of Kimberley's life, and being active helps her maintain a positive outlook on life. Moving more has helped Kimberley reduce her anxiety levels, allowing her to feel happier and more confident in herself.
