Pledge your journey's throughout National Walking Month!

Throughout May, National Walking Month encourages people to get active and walk more for your physical and mental wellbeing. As the days get longer, there is more time to get outside and explore your local parks and green spaces. Walking is one of the easiest ways to improve physical and mental health and stay connected to our community, helping us feel less lonely and isolated. Just a 20-minute walk can reduce the risk of several preventable health conditions, including certain cancers, depression, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.

This year to celebrate National Walking Month, we are inviting you to have your say on our 'Pledge Wall.'
