Our next walk is

One of our Active Mums Club ambassadors,
Jo Waller has written a week by week guide to return to physical activity after the birth of your child. Check out the link to view.
We know having a baby is life changing and with it comes so many physical changes and stresses. You may not have been active during pregnancy or
you may have carried on right until birth, either way after birth you need to start gradually and build up. This guide will help you as a starting
point with some suggestions.
Under the post natal page on our website you will also find a host of different types of activities available as well as when and where they are.
At the Active Mums Club, we don't want to just tell you about all the things going on around you, we also want to celebrate you and (with
permission) share your stories.
We met Jenny on our walking event last week, she told us all about her running through pregnancy journey and how she's found it returning after
We were so excited to be able to share it with you.
Jenny has been running for 20+ years and when she became pregnant thought she may have to stop but with ok from medical professional, she was able
to still do what she loved until she gave birth, Jenny has documented her journey and return in her blog. Click the link to give it a read.
We would love to be able to share more stories, so if you are happy to share yours, please send us an email or message on social media.
