As part of the six monthly monitoring and evaluation requirements attached to the Sport & Physical Activity Funding, localities are required to submit six cases studies (one per life stage where possible) to support with demonstrating the impact the projects are having upon their communities.

In order to support with shared learning opportunities, all case studies from now will be uploaded onto this dedicated intranet page with the link being shared with the Locality Lead Officer and members of the Sport & Physical Activity Group. It is hoped that this will not only allow all to see some of the good work that is taking place in the localities but will also enable discussions to take place around utilising similar projects models in other areas and the join up of projects.

Prior to submitting case studies as part of the six monthly monitoring, localities should have received the relevant permission from individuals to do so. However, if you wish to utilise these case studies for wider purposes then you will need to ensure that the relevant permission is sought from Locality Leads.
