Hi there!

I've just been ill with Covid for a fortnight and have been feeling totally wiped out and the temptation has been to have a sleep every afternoon.

Today I decided that maybe a dose of fresh air would do me good and I went for a gentle 45 minute stroll. I did feel better- physically and mentally.

I think it's really important to listen to your body when you've been ill and that includes rest and eating well, if you've still got an appetite. As you start to feel better, starting to move again, even for a few minutes - will aid your recovery.

I am going to set myself a target to try and move a little more every day over the next few days- and try and stay awake a little more!
