Set yourself a challenge

In February I spent too much time debating with myself whether or not to undertake a challenge. As soon as I saw the challenge - an untimed 13 mile run along the canal with a refreshment stop at 8 miles, I knew if I was going to do a half marathon that this was the one for me.
my brain however was doubtful that I could do it, hence the deliberations, but I asked some running friends (thanks Emotive ladies) and once they said they would join me my anxieties disappeared.
now I am excited to challenge myself and slowly increase my mileage ( I have 15 weeks to the race) . watch this space 😊
